PROGRAM TERMS:
- Team is identified as “Official Team of the BIGS High School Baseball Sponsorship Program” and BIGS is the “Official Sunflower Seed of the [your team’s name].”
- Contract for 2010 baseball season, with 1st option to renew for 2011 season
- Team receives 20 free cases of BIGS Sunflower Seeds in their choice of flavors
- Team agrees to buy 100 cases of BIGS Sunflower Seeds in their choice of flavors @ BIGS wholesale baseball cost
- Team receives one 4'x8' BIGS banner and agrees to display it for season on infield fence. Banners must be displayed within dugouts at away games.
- Team receives 125 BIGS coupons to be distributed at discretion of Coach
- Team agrees, in good faith, to use the BIGS brand & sponsorship where appropriate in game announcements and/or media exposure
- Team will provide Thanasi Foods with school/team logo to be displayed on BIGS website
- Team agrees to accept pallet of materials containing seeds and banner (approx 11 1/4" x 7" x 8" & 100 pounds)
- Team registration deadline: November 1, 2009
- Team purchase (PO) deadline: November 1, 2009
- Seeds delivered by January 15, 2010 (or earlier if need for fundraising). Changes to delivery date must be agreed upon by both parties.
- Pallet delivered to school address (unless agreed upon at time of registration)
- Additional cases can be purchased throughout the season (for team determined use) at BIGS wholesale baseball cost, at 120 case minimums
